This page is respectively dedicated to family members who have finished their journeys. They may not be here any longer, but they are not forgotten. They will always exist in our memories and our thoughts.

It was inspired by Kathy Cisler who sent me the newspaper obituaries of her grandfather, Alois Micek Sr. and her great grandfather Joseph Micek. It occurred to me that, if we really want to keep a history of our family, we should have a page like this. Obituaries are just names, dates and brief histories of people whose lives have affected us all, but those lives and those histories are part of us in a real way, even if we never met some of those who are gone. We are what we are because they were here.

There should be a place to keep these names, dates, and histories, and now there is.

I invite all family members to send me information to put here for posterity.
